Our daughter has danced at Polaris since the doors opened in 2016. We love our dance family and are thankful for the dancers, parents, and staff that make the studio feel like home. Of course, you cannot have a great studio without great instructors. They pour their heart and energy into making these kids look and feel great on and off the stage.
Through the use of specific yoga postures and sequences, students will learn how their bodies work!

Tap dance is a form of dance characterized by using the sounds of tap shoes to stoke the floor as a form of percussion.

In Improvisation, students will be directed to move in ways that broaden their creative horizons.
